Mr. Schick was not in class today, but we had a substitute.  Mr. Schick posted work for us on his website.  so, today in class I watched a video on population growth and population decrease.  The video had many different population pyramids in it.  The video talked about how the population pyramid works.  I the country has an increase in birth rate, the pyramid will become wider at the base and smaller at the top.  If the population does not have a big increase in birth rate, it will get wider at the top and smaller at the bottom.  If the birth rate is steady, it will bulge at the middle and be small towards the top and bottom.   After I watched the video, I answered questions that were posted on Mr. Schick's website.  The questions were based off of population and the increases and decreases is countries around the world.
