Some of the ways I can make sure I have a good freshmen year are:

-Study hard and get good grade.

-Pay attention in class and o my home work.

-Make friends and be social.

-Support the school teams.

-Stay out of trouble.

What we learned in class today

Today in class, Mr. Schick helped every student catch up on how to blog.  He made sure everyone knew what they were doing and helped them if they didn't understand something.  After that, we went over the class syllabus.  We talked about everything we would be doing in class during the year.  We went over what is allowed and not allowed during class.  We talked about where to find Mr. Schick during the day and what times he will be available to meet  with and see.  Mr. Schick talked to us about what we will need to bring to class everyday.  We also talked about the websites we would be using in his class.  Class today was basically an overview of everything we would do in human geo this year, and all the things we would need during class.  I am interested to know how human geography will be, and also I want to start learning.

First Day of High School

My first day of high school was very interesting and different.  There are so many different things in high school, that are not in elementary and middle school.  I met a lot of new people.  I found my way around the school pretty well and did not get lost.  The teachers are all very helpful and nice.  I did not expect high school to be how it was, I honestly thought it would be so hard and confusing.  All the students are very nice and everyone is very welcoming.  I most of my teachers today, and learned about what we would be doing in their classes.  I am excited for the rest of my freshmen year, and I now realize that there is nothing to worry about.  I know that the teachers will always be there if I need help with anything.  I had a pretty good first day of high school!
